Where are our pastries prepared?

Our pastries are entirely handcrafted in our laboratory in Savigny-sur-Orge, in the Paris region. Each creation is made with meticulous care, respecting the techniques inherited from traditional Algerian pastry-making. This artisanal production is precisely conceived, where every detail counts: the taste, the texture, the balance, and the delicacy of each piece.

OUR APPROACH

Are your pastries very sweet?

No, and this was a deliberate choice. We have rethought our recipes with a more precise control of sugar in order to fully reveal the subtlety of the flavours: almond, orange blossom, lemon, and pistachio. Each creation seeks balance, delicacy, and precision of taste.

What allergens may be present?

Our products may contain: Tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts), eggs, gluten (wheat flour), milk, sesame, cinnamon. May contain traces of: soy, peanuts, celery, mustard, and other tree nuts.

MAINTENANCE

How long do your pastries keep?

Thanks to their artisanal preparation and low moisture content, our pastries can be stored for several weeks under good conditions. However, we recommend enjoying them within 10 days of receipt to fully appreciate the delicate textures and balanced flavors.

How to store them properly?

Store them at room temperature, away from heat and humidity. We recommend keeping them in their box or an airtight container to preserve their freshness, texture, and the full subtlety of their aromas.

Can they be frozen?

Freezing is still possible, but we do not recommend it. Our pastries are designed to be enjoyed in their freshest state, in order to preserve the delicate textures, precise flavors, and balance of each creation.

ORDER & DELIVERY

How to order?

Simply select your box on our E-shop, then choose your desired delivery method before finalizing your order. A confirmation email with tracking information will then be sent to you.

Do you need to be present for the delivery?

For event orders (weddings, receptions, celebrations), delivery is made in person to ensure impeccable presentation. For classic orders, a delivery tracking service allows you to anticipate the reception of your box with peace of mind.

Where do you deliver?

NOS TRADITIONS delivers throughout France and to some European countries. Each box is carefully prepared in our laboratory then shipped in appropriate conditions to preserve the quality and delicacy of our creations.

Contact us within 24 hours with photos at We take the utmost care in preparing and shipping each box.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos of the package and affected products, via WhatsApp at +33 6 69 76 82 72. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.

Delivery delay

If your parcel has not been delivered within the announced timeframe, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. Our team will contact the carrier to assist you promptly and carefully track your delivery.
